About Us

One Vasavi charitable Trust is sponsored by the alumni of Vasavi and Makam Hostel, Tumkur. The entire funds have been contributed by the Alumni, like minded persons and Free Matrimony WhatsApp admins, to provide various services to the community.

The trust is symbolically represented by 9 trustees from various walks of life ie., Industrialist, business persons, bankers, Accounting Professionals and philanthropists.

Although the marriages are fixed in heaven, we would like to make it happen on earth and in this direction, it has been decided to provide free matrimony service. Accordingly, it was decided to get a Android App for collecting the information, Photos etc., from the prospective brides and Grooms.

There was huge response to the App and 1000+ marriages have been performed with the help of the app. Since, this app works on Android phone, the persons with Apple phones are requested for a App suitable for iphone. Since, this was more expensive, it was decided to have a latest website compatible with mobiles also. Major part of the expenditure is met by the Trustees. So, the website has come into existence.
